Our fearless leader who started it all back in the rockin’ 1980s, Keith has over 30 years of expertise in marketing, communications, event production, entertainment and strategic leadership. He has produced special events, meetings, video and major entertainment projects across the U.S. and internationally. Keith runs the agency while also continuing his love for producing large-scale projects. He also serves as a high-level strategist, innovator and board member for countless other companies, non-profits and charitable endeavors.

Steve is co-founder of Creative Producers Group and oversees all of the agency’s production and creative operations. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Steve has seen and done it all for countless Fortune 500 brands – from producing concerts for thousands to experiential tours to booking A-list talent to launching Middle Eastern fighter jets to meetings in nearly every major hotel in the country. Steve has helped shape CPG since our founding and continues to be the intellectual and creative fuel behind many of our projects.

Serving as our chief client advocate and key member of the senior leadership team, Fred oversees new business development, strategy, and brand communications for the agency. With a passion for building brands and authentically connecting people, Fred brings diverse marketing and thought leadership expertise in employee engagement, loyalty marketing, and customer experience solutions across Retail, Lodging, Gaming, CPG, and other people intensive verticals.

Sharon leads CPG’s team of Account Directors and Experience Producers. An accomplished producer and creative strategist with more than 25 years of experience, Sharon has led creative and production teams to produce large-scale meetings and projects for clients such as AB-Inbev, Ford Motor Company, Monsanto and Sherwin-Williams. Sharon is passionate about using strategic content to engage, inform and move audiences, with a unique ability to grasp big-picture business objectives while remaining focused on the details that make a good experience great. She brings that same passion to leadership of the Experience Team, supporting account directors and producers in creating high-quality experiences that exceed customers’ expectations.
